Traffic lanes and sidewalks on Colorado Street and 5th Street were blocked off this past weekend, as crews worked to erect the tower crane at the 5th + Colorado jobsite.
5th + Colorado is an 18-story office building from Lincoln Property Company currently under construction in the Warehouse District. When complete, there will be 179,000 rentable square feet of office space available. HKS is the project’s architect and Austin Commercial is the general contractor. A rendering of the completed building is below.
