CRANE WATCH: The Richardson at Tarrytown (VIDEO + RENDERINGS)

It may not be a downtown high-rise, but a notable project in the Tarrytown neighborhood recently erected a tower crane to assist with the construction process. Check out the video below to see a time lapse of the crane’s assembly:

The Richardson at Tarrytown
, located at 3215 Exposition Boulevard, will feature 20+ residential units on the 2.2-acre site. It is being described by developers as a “beautiful rental residential community free of the hassles of home ownership.”

The project is being developed by Austin-based Burlington Ventures. The general contractor is HOAR Construction. The design team includes Dick Clark + Associates and BIG RED DOG Engineering, both based in Austin.

Stay tuned to BuildingATX as we continue to follow this project’s progress.
