The site is zoned TOD (Transit Oriented Development), which means it is subject to the regulating plan for the MLK Station area. According to the City of Austin, Transit Oriented Development (TOD) is an intentional mixing of land use and transit through the creation of compact, walkable, mixed-use communities within walking distance of a transit stop or station.

Project team members include Omaha-based Alley Poyner Macchietto Architecture and Austin-based landscape architect dwg.. JLL is marketing the office space for lease and the project has a website that contains the renderings below:

A site development permit has not yet been obtained for this project, and there is currently no word on a potential construction start date. The project’s marketing materials promise a mid-2017 delivery.
